Youth Field Day
at Harrisburg Hunters and Anglers Association
in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
The volunteers of Capital Area Sportsmen for Youth have started planning this year's event! If you would like to volunteer with us, please click Volunteers in the menu, then join us for the meetings.
Join us for a fun-filled day of learning activities!
The goal of this event is to introduce outdoor activities to today's youth.
Station Samples
Cherokee Run
Be ready to jump, run, swing, and have fun at this station.
BB Gun/Air Rifle
The youth from HHA's own team assist your youth at this station.
Hunting Dogs
Demonstration of hunting dogs and what they can do.
Boating Safety
Have fun paddling around the lake while learning to be safe.
Fishing
Youth use worms to catch and release fish from the pond.
.22 Smallbore
HHA's rifle instructors teach the the youth to shoot at targets.
Archery
The youth use recurve or longbows to shoot arrows.
Skeet Shoot
Each youth tries their skill or luck at hitting clay birds.
